Company-specific automation

What could your company stop doing manually?

Augmentti turns repetitive work across email, PDFs, spreadsheets and company knowledge into reliable automation built around the way your business actually works.

No AI roadmap required. Start with a task that feels slow, repetitive or oddly specific.

Built around your business

Generic AI knows the world. Useful automation needs to know your business.

Your terminology, documents, rules, approvals and exceptions are what make the work make sense. Augmentti builds around them—not around a generic demo.

Not a chatbot added on top. A focused solution designed for one useful job inside your company.
Your language

Products, customers, terminology and the way your team describes the work.

Your rules

Checks, thresholds, approvals and what must never happen automatically.

Your information

Documents, emails, spreadsheets, systems and trusted sources.

Your exceptions

When the normal path is not enough and a person should take over.

What this can look like

From incoming work to a useful next step.

Choose a familiar kind of work. The details change by company, but the pattern is often the same: understand what arrived, use the right context, check it and move the work forward.

Incoming email

Understand, route and prepare the next action

Today

A person reads every message, works out what it means, searches for context and decides who should handle it.

A better flow

Routine requests arrive already understood, checked and prepared. Unusual ones reach a person with the relevant context attached.

Automate the repeatable. Keep people involved where judgment matters.
01Existing tools

Work with the systems and information your team already uses.

02Company-specific

Built around your terminology, rules, data and edge cases.

03Human where needed

Clear boundaries for approval, escalation and consequential decisions.

04The right tool

AI when useful. Ordinary automation when it is simpler and more reliable.

02 / A practical first step

Start with the work, not the technology.

You do not need to arrive with an AI strategy or a finished specification. Start by showing how one recurring task works today.

Show the task

Walk through a real example: what arrives, where the information lives and what your team does next.

Find the opportunity

Separate the repeatable steps from the decisions that need experience, approval or judgment.

Build one useful solution

Connect the required information and systems, then test the flow against real cases and exceptions.

Expand based on evidence

Measure what works, review what does not and automate more only where it earns trust.

One senior engineer, end to end.

The person understanding the work also designs, builds and improves the solution. Fewer handoffs, less lost context.

We may recommend something simpler than AI.

The goal is useful automation—not forcing a fashionable technology into the wrong task.

Common questions

A practical way to explore automation.

Do we need to know exactly what we want built?
No. A recurring task, a handful of real examples and a person who understands the work are enough to begin. The first job is to determine what is repeatable, what needs judgment and whether automation is worthwhile.
Does everything need to use AI?
No. The best solution may combine ordinary software automation, business rules and AI—or use no AI at all. The goal is a reliable result, not a fashionable architecture.
What happens to unusual cases?
They should be visible, explainable and easy to hand to a person. A useful system moves routine work forward while preserving clear boundaries for exceptions, approvals and consequential decisions.
Can this work with our existing tools?
Often, yes. The starting point is the systems and information your team already uses: email, PDFs, spreadsheets, folders, internal knowledge and line-of-business software.
Could this be automated?

Something at work feels more manual than it should?

Describe something your team repeatedly reads, copies, searches, checks, sorts or answers. It does not need to sound like an AI project.

Describe a recurring task by email

For example: Every Monday, someone opens 30 supplier PDFs, copies the data into Excel, checks it against our price list and emails the exceptions to the purchasing team.
